Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI-Driven Coder services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

ADC Fix provides human-led software engineering services such as audits, production-readiness reviews, fix sprints, consultations, and defined ongoing support. The applicable proposal, checkout page, or written agreement defines the scope, deliverables, timing, access, and fees for each engagement.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for having authority to share project materials and grant access
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not transmit any malicious code or attempt to harm the service

4. Intellectual Property

You retain your rights in your code and project materials. You grant ADC Fix only the limited permission needed to inspect, modify, or process those materials for the agreed engagement. Ownership of newly created deliverables is governed by the applicable written scope.

5. Payment Terms

• Prices and payment timing are stated at checkout or in the written scope
• Ongoing support does not renew automatically unless a written agreement expressly says it does
• Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are those shown at purchase or agreed in writing

6. Limitation of Liability

Recommendations and deliverables depend on the information, access, and scope provided. To the extent permitted by law, ADC Fix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated for future engagements. Material changes are reflected by the date on this page; an existing signed scope remains controlling for that engagement.

8. Termination

Either party may end an engagement as allowed by its written scope. ADC Fix may pause work when payment is overdue, required access or information is unavailable, or continuing would be unsafe, unlawful, or outside the agreed scope.
